Assalamu'alaykum & hello you awesome people!

I'm Qawiyy. Currently residing in Johore Bahru, Malaysia.

This online store was built in early March 2014 and has been my passion ever since. I suppose, there are lots of handmade business can be found around us but not all have their own specific vision and mission.

What is Qawiyyartz's mission in this business?

As long as my hand functions which it can paint, sew, design things, I want to make sure things I made would become at least a tiny benefit or some sort of a reminder for us to always turn to the right path. It is normal for human and also a slave like us to be forgetful, but it is our responsibility to strive for the best not only on earth, but to strive towards Jannah!

To be a good muslim does not mean we have to become a fiqh scholar, syariah lawyer, an ustaz or an ustazah, yet it requires passion in everything we do! An ordinary comic stripper can be a good muslim if his/her comic reminds people to Allah, an ordinary system analyst can be a good muslim if he/she works for the sake of 'tuntutan Ilahi' and an ordinary banker can be a good muslim if he/she strive hard to practise 'no riba'' for the sake of Allah! It does not matter who we are, only what we do is halal or not and how does we do it.

So, for me as a part time handcrafter, hopefully this medium would become a 'helping hand' for people whose being forgetful to strive back towards mardhatillah.. Who knows by wearing a handbag with a simple message/quote/quran verse/hadith written fancily could touch the heart?
